The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 188, 353/34 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 9 of the Loud Speaker Act and Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is that despite prohibition, the petitioner was paying orchestra and dancing with arms Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and no untoward event took place, the petitioner named above, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11972 of 2020(2) dt.05-03-2020 2/2 before the court below within one month from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-VII, Gopalganj in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
