JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 Following is the relief which the petitioner is seeking:- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 4.5.18 passed by respondent Circle Officer contained in his Memo No.
1102 dated 4.5.18 whereby and where under respondent C.O. has denied in issuing rent receipt in favour of the petitioner with respect to Khata No. 239 Khesra No. 2140 area 0.31 acre (31 decimal) situated in Mauza Devesha Thana No. 318.
(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of MANDAMUS
Patna High Court CWJC No.1691 of 2019(2) dt.30-01-2019 2/2 commanding and directing the respondent authority to issue current rent receipt in favour of petitioner with respect to Khata No. 239 Khesra No. 2140 situated in Mauza Devesha Thana No. 318 area 0.31 acre bearing Jamabandi No. 766.
(iii) Further for direction to the respondent to issue L.P.C. in favour of the petitioner because petitioner is in position of land after getting sale deed dated 31.5.2011 in his own favour pursuant to Judgment and decree dated 19.2.2010 passed in T.S. No.
20/2008 by learned Munsif Biharsharif Nalanda."
The petitioner has alternative statutory remedy for the relief, which is seeking in the present writ application, under the Bihar Right to Public Services Act, 2011.
