2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 353, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, four miscreants were riding on a motorcycle and the motorcycle was being driven recklessly and when the police party tried to stop them, they managed to flee away, but after some time, they returned alongwith a group of 8 - 10 persons and started abusing the police party and also caught their collar. It is further alleged that anyhow the police party caught one of the miscreant whereas others fled away and the apprehended person disclosed the name of petitioners and other persons, who fled away from the

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that petitioners' name has surfaced in this case only on suspicion. Petitioners have committed no offence and they have got clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - I, Sherghati, Gaya in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 1049 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
