Mr.Anuradha Singh (SC-21) ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2020 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondents.

The simple prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to direct the Magadh Regional Transport Authority, Gaya to dispose off the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2019, which has been filed for accepting the surrender of the permanent permit bearing Permit No. 80 of 2019 pertaining to Truck No. OR-23D-8468.

Having regard to the limited prayer made by the petitioner herein in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to file fresh application before the Magadh Regional Transport Authority, Gaya with

Patna High Court CWJC No.3850 of 2020(2) dt.19-02-2020 2/2 regard to the subject matter of the present case within a period of four weeks from today which shall be disposed off by the said authority within a further period of six weeks by a reasoned and speaking order.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
