2. The respondents have undertaken removal of encroachment. It has not attained finality due to standing crop on the surrounding of encroached land. Therefore, the

3. Accordingly, the present MJC stands disposed off.

4. In the event of non compliance of the remaining portion of the physical removal of encroachment within the period of four months from today, the petitioner is at liberty to file interlocutory application to revive this order and to initiate Contempt of Court proceedings against the concerned officials.
