This M.J.C. petition has been filed for modification of order dated 03.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.10547 of 2016. It is submitted that instead of Title Suit No.184 of 1989/84 of 1992, it should have been Title Suit No.194 of 1989/84 of 1992.

It is further submitted that due to mistake Plot No.712 of Khata No.468 area 6 and 1⁄4 decimal is left to be mentioned in para 1 of the writ petition.

Having considered the submissions of learned counsel for the petitioner, the modification petition is allowed. Let Title Suit No.184 of 1989/84 of 1992 be read as Title Suit No.194 of 1989/84 of 1992 in the aforesaid order and Plot No.712 of Khata No.468 area 6 and 1⁄4 decimal be also read along with other

Patna High Court MJC No.243 of 2019(3) dt.01-05-2019 2/2 plots in relief para (I) of the order dated 03.12.2018 passed in C.W.J.C. No.10547 of 2016.
