The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 490 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is case and counter

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4368 of 2020(3) dt.01-07-2020 2/2 case between the parties. Further submission is that in the alleged occurrence, both the parties have injured. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bail bond to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Araria in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 490 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
