The petitioner has filed this petition against the District Order No. 1481 of 2007 dated 13.07.2007 (Annexure-1) whereby the petitioner has been put under suspension and further a direction for payment of salary during the suspension period.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the suspension of the petitioner has already been revoked but, the petitioner has not been paid his salary.

Since the suspension of the petitioner is revoked the writ petition has become infructuous. The petitioner may file representation before the authority for payment of his salary for the period of suspension and, if the respondents find that the petitioner is entitled to get his salary the respondents shall pay the salary and shall dispose of the representation within three months from the date of filing the representation.
