The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Sono P.S. case No. 347 of 2017 registered under Section 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Later on Section 302, 201/34 of the IPC were added.

The informant alleged that his daughter was married to Mahesh Yadav but he got information on 19.12.2017 that his daughter was assaulted by her husband. On such information, when the informant went there to enquire about the incident, the accused persons were found absconding. The informant suspected that husband of his daughter and other in-laws killed his daughter and concealed her dead body to screen out the offence.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is sister-in-law (Gotini) of the deceased. Another sister-in-law, Bindu Devi, has already been granted anticipatory bail vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 48415 of 2018. Bhudeo Yadav and Gita Devi have also been granted anticipatory bail. It is submitted that since the petitioner and other in-laws were

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2157 of 2019(2) dt.16-01-2019 2/2 living separately they have no manner of concern with the family affairs of the deceased and her husband. The husband is in jail.

Taking into consideration that petitioner is also one of the sister-in-laws of the deceased and no specific allegation is made against the petitioner and similarly situated other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Sono P.S. Case No. 347 of 2017, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
