2. The limited prayer made by the petitioner in the present writ petition is to quash the notice issued under Section 3 of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, by the Circle Officer, Hilsa, in connection with Encroachment Case No.13 of 2023-24.

3. Nonetheless, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that a direction be issued to the District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif and the Circle Officer, Hilsa to get the measurement of the plot of the petitioner conducted as per the revenue records, pertaining to Khata No.27,154, Khesara No.2513,2514 and thereafter, proceed in the matter, in

Patna High Court CWJC No.1945 of 2024(2) dt.15-03-2024 2/2 accordance with law. It is directed accordingly.
