2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dharahra P.S. Case No.117 of 2015 for the offences alleged under Sections 364A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated as the trust of the accusation is against co-accused Viyas Yadav and the petitioner has been implicated on mere suspicion. The victim boy has since been recovered and in his deposition recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has clearly named co-accused Viyas Yadav alone, who took him away.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22042 of 2016 (2) dt.20-05-2016 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Sonelal Rajak, learned J.M. 1st Class, Munger in connection with Dharahra P.S. Case No.117 of 2015 with condition that if he fails to appear on three consecutive dates without sufficient reason, his bail bond will be liable to be cancelled by the Court concerned.
