JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-06-2022 Though the present writ petition has been filed for quashing the order dated 9.5.2015, passed by the District Magistrate, Jehanabad as also the order dated 25.9.2017 passed by the Commissioner, Magadh Division, Gaya, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner has limited the relief being sought to grant of liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh application for grant of arms lincense but it is further prayed that the same be directed to be processed expeditiously. Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed of as not pressed, however, with
