The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

50 liters of spirit mixed wine has been recovered from the spot and one person was apprehended, who disclosed his name as Mukesh Nat. Petitioner is mother of apprehended accused Mukesh Nat.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and she has been made accused only due to the fact that she happens to be mother of apprehended co-accused Mukesh Nat. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and clean antecedent of petitioner, let the above named petitioner, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8098 of 2023(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 event of her arrest or surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Exclusive Special Excise Court, Saran at Chapra in connection with Panapur P.S. Case No. 251 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
