This writ application has been filed seeking direction

Patna High Court CWJC No.3848 of 2019(15) dt.02-03-2021 2/2 to the respondents to pay his post retiral dues. It transpires that he retired from service with effect from 31.12.2018 from the post of Head Clerk, Civil Surgeon Office, Chapra. In the supplementary counter affidavit filed on behalf of the Civil Surgeon, it is stated that all admissible retiral dues have been paid to the petitioner.

Considering the statements made in the counter affidavit, this application stands disposed of with an observation that if the petitioner still has any grievance in relation to quantum of amount paid to him, he shall be at liberty to raise the same before appropriate forum by making an appropriate application.

This disposes of the application.
