2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.Tr. No. 1169 of 2023 arising out of Danapur P.S. Case No. 818 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act but charge-sheet was submitted under Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 302/120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the deceased was shot by unknown criminals while he was sleeping with his brother, who is informant in this case.

4. During investigation, it has come that one Md. Imamuddin Khan and the deceased were having some dispute over some property and the petitioner was hired by Md.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8021 of 2024(3) dt.20-07-2024 2/2 Imamuddin Khan to kill the deceased. Thereafter Md. Imamuddin Khan who is the brother of the deceased called the deceased at his house where he slept and in the morning, the deceased was killed by the petitioner.

5. During investigation, materials have come to connect the petitioner with the crime including the selfinculpatory statement of the petitioner and in the opinion of this Court, such kind of criminals need no sympathy.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The Court below is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner and conclude the same at the earliest. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
