The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 295 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the petitioner having been apprehended upon chase by the Police and one Bullet motorcycle is said to have been recovered, papers whereof could not be produced by the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and though he is accused in one other case but he is on bail in the said case. It is further submitted that the petitioner is ready to

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to grant regular bail to the petitioner, above named, upon furnishing cash security of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) and subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the learned A.C.J.M.-III, Banka in connection with Belhar P.S. Case No. 295 of 2018. The bail petition stands disposed of.
