In this case, the petitioners are seeking modification of order dated 05.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20806 of 2020, as they were granted anticipatory bail but they could not surrender before the court below within the stipulated period on account of the fact that they were outside State in connection with earning for their livelihood and they could not return to their native place as they failed to obtain railway ticket due to lockdown and now they are making prayer for extension of time to surrender before the court below.

In such view of the matter, the order dated 05.11.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20806 of 2020 is modified

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11433 of 2021(2) dt.23-02-2021 2/2 to the extent that the time for surrender of the petitioners before the court below is extended for further four weeks from today.
