The petitioner seeks bail in Brahampura P.S. Case No. 166 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 401 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been made accused merely on suspicion.

It is alleged in the written report that local people caught the petitioner on suspicion that he was committing theft of Motorcycle. Petitioner was brutally assaulted by the people. Petitioner is said to be in custody since 26.5.2018. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the
