Petitioner is accused in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 85 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 307, 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C. and 27 of the Arms Act.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the first information report. Nothing has been alleged against the petitioner. There is specific allegation against co-accused Pramod Kumar. It is also submitted that petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2019.
