The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Laukaha P.S. Case No. 345 of 2019, dated 16.11.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

No.16097 of 2021(2) dt.04-03-2022 2/3 The petitioner No. 1 is said to have assaulted the informant by means of a Dabiya, whereas the petitioner Nos. 2, 3 and 4 are said to have taken part in the assault, but the weapons used by them have been stated to be Lathi, a hard blunt substance. The injury suffered by five of the victims have been reported to be simple in nature.
There is a counter version of the occurrence also in which there has been an allegation against the members of the prosecution party of misbehaving with the female folks of the house of the petitioners. The parties are agnates and it appears that the cause of occurrence is something else than what has been projected in the subject F.I.R. Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, especially the counter case and the injuries on the victims being simple in nature, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief
