Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under section 386/34 of the Indian Penal Code as well as various sections of the Arms Act.

Petitioner is in jail custody since 20.12.2015 on the accusation that Rs 37,000/- in cash, mobile phone, one country made katta and two live cartridges were recovered from his conscious possession.

The informant claims that recovered amount had been collected by the petitioner and his brother from brick kiln owner in extortion.

The submission on behalf of the petitioner is no person came forward to say that the petitioner had demanded and received

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
