The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

In the nature of allegations, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners as it is seen that some of the injured have received grievous injuries.
