The petitioner is in custody since 21.05.2015 in Bidupur P.S. Case No.262 of 2014 under Section 341, 324, 307, 379, 34 of IPC.

It appears that earlier the prayer for bail was rejected by this Court on 15.12.2015 on the ground that the injury were found on vital part of the body and opinion of the doctor was not obtained. From perusal of the order passed by the District Judge, it appears that still today the opinion has not been obtained and the matter has already been communicated to the Court of Sessions and charge has been framed, I direct that the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties and the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20665 of 2016 (2) dt.12-05-2016 2/2 the learned Addl. Sessions Judge IV, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. Case No.262 of 2014, on condition that he will be present on each and every date whenever the prosecution witness is produced.
