2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 / 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has denied the factum of kidnapping and stated that she was in love with this petitioner and as such, she alone went to Mumbai to meet this petitioner. The victim is major. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

4. Considering the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named
