The petitioner is accused in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 297 of 2015, registered under Section 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. In course of investigation, the Police apprehended Amarnath Rai, brother of the petitioner, and got recorded his confessional statement having hand of the petitioner in the murder of the deceased Dasrath Kumar, because he was seen with his daughter in objectionable condition, except the confessional statement of co-accused Amarnath Rai, there is no material showing the involvement of the petitioner in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20765 of 2016 (2) dt.18-05-2016 2/2 present case. The petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 27.12.2015.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City, Patna in connection with Didarganj P.S.
