The petitioner happens to be son of the deceased and there is allegation against him that he along with his wife administered poison to the deceased. Paragraph-4 of the supplementary case diary reveals that at the time of alleged occurrence, the petitioner along with his wife was present in his house and it is submitted on behalf of the informant that viscera report also suggests that the deceased died of poisoning. Considering the aforesaid facts and
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2065 of 2015 (6) dt.02-07-2015 2/2 circumstances as well as submission of the parties, I do not feel inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kotwali (Barari) P.S. Case No. 171 of 2014 pending in the court of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur stands rejected at least, at this stage.
