The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Town (Lohia Nagar) P.S. Case No. 420 of 2019, registered for offence punishable under Sections 353 and 323 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26(2) and 35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.11.2019 in Cr. Misc. No.77482 of 2019. The petitioner is in custody since 25.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3592 of 2020(2) dt.21-01-2020 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above-named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town (Lohia Nagar) P.S. Case No. 420 of 2019.
