The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Section 307, 379 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have taken away a box containing cash of Rs. 25,000/- and some important document(s).

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that due to land dispute between the parties, petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case. There is no specific allegation of overt act against this petitioner. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

No.8054 of 2023(2) dt.18-04-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Rahika P.S. Case No. 83 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
