The petitioner is languishing in custody since 18.05.2018 in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act. It is alleged that from the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol and a magazine containing four live cartridges were recovered.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that investigation has already been concluded. Though, the petitioner is accused in one other case, apart from the present case, but in that case he has been remanded subsequently. Learned APP for the State submits that the recovery has been made from the possession of the petitioner.

No.6684 of 2019(2) dt.06-02-2019 2/2 Considering the fact that the investigation has already been concluded and the period under custody, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Judge-XVcum-ACJM, Patna, in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No. 363 of 2018.
