ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 12-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that the Petitioner's name transpired in the dying declaration of the deceased as one of the assailants, I am not inclined to grant him bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 79 of 2011 pending before Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Munger.

The prayer for bail is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial for which reason, after charge, it is directed to send a list of the witnesses fixing specific dates for production of the witnesses

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30933 of 2015 (2) dt.12-08-2015 2/2 along with a copy of this order in connection with Mufasil P.S. Case No. 79 of 2011, to the Superintendent of Police, Munger, and the Superintendent of Police, Munger, is directed to ensure production of the witnesses on the date so fixed by the Trial Court so that there is no further delay in trial.
