JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 06-10-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody in connection with Ghosi P.S. Case No. 214 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that even other accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the court below and the petitioners are in custody since 11.11.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioners have not completed one year in custody, the application is disposed of with a direction to the court of Sri Rakesh Kumar Rajak, Sub-
