Petitioners are in custody in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 271 of 2018 for the offence under sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 307 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the instant case 17 named and 13 unknown have been made accused.
Learned counsel submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. There is omnibus allegation against all the accused persons.
Learned counsel further submits that other co-accused
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6108 of 2019(2) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 have been granted bail in Cr. Misc. No. 67811 of 2018 vide order dated 01.02.2019.
Considering the fact that similarly circumstanced other co-accused have been granted bail and the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent, let the petitioners, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-XIV, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Shahpur P.S.
