The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Section 366(A), 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Chandrakishore Poddar Kidnapped his daughter. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of the petitioner figured in the case during the course of investigation as the petitioner find to have talked with the victim to her mobile No. 8292102054 and on the mobile of Chandrakishore Poddar from 25.02.2015 to 07.03.2015. The occurrence took place on 08.03.2015 and except suspicion the police has not collected any tangible evidence although the petitioner is in jail since 13.05.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.30777 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri D.
