Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No951 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act corresponding to G.R.No.3736 of 2019.
As per FIR so far this petitioner is concerned, there is allegation that he along with the others assaulted by lathi and the serious allegation of assault is against the other accused persons.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that apart from the general allegation, there is nothing against him and he has no criminal antecedent and he is ready to co-

Having heard both sides and in view of submissions as made above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Ist, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S.Case No.951 of 2019 corresponding to G.R.No.3736 of 2019 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure with further condition to co-operate in the investigation..
