The petitioners pray for bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 30, 30(a), 33 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Total 150 liters of illicit country-made liquor has been recovered and petitioners were arrested on spot. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners and only on suspicion, they have been made accused in this case. Petitioners claim clean antecedent and are in custody since 08.11.2021. Investigation is complete. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Exclusive Special Excise Court, Saran at Chapra / concerned court in connection with Dariyapur P.S. Case No. 551 of 2021.
