Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 461, 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner along with co- accused Kanhiya Kumar Singh were caught in godown while he as well as co- accused Kanhiya Kumar Singh stealthily loaded sugar in a pick-up van but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that co- accused Kanhiya Kumar Singh was employee of the concerned company and, as a matter of fact, there was some dispute between the aforesaid co- accused Kanhiya Kumar Singh and the manager of the concerned company and the petitioner had gone along with co- accused Kanhiya Kumar Singh

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23617 of 2016 (3) dt.12-07-2016 towards the said company but unfortunately, he was caught by the informant.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties and also taking note of the fact that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in Begusarai Mufassil P.S. Case no. 105/2016.
