The petitioner is accused in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code has been added. The accusation is that 13 persons named in the F.I.R. along with 8 to 10 unknown abused to Manish Kumar, nephew of informant, on which, Manish Kumar made protest then on the order of this petitioner, accused persons caused injury to Manish Kumar through Lathi and Iron rod. Thereafter, Manish Kumar was taken to the Hospital but later on, he died after 3/4 days. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22019 of 2016 (3) dt.27-07-2016 would appear from the F.I.R. that petitioner is not the assailant of the deceased while he is only the order giver. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 18.04.2016.
Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the J.M. Ist Class, Danapur, Patna, in connection with Maner P.S. Case No. 67 of 2016. Out of two sureties, one surety must be the close relative of the petitioner.
