JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 12-07-2022 Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit stating therein that after duly completion of the investigation of the present case, the Investigating Officer has submitted Final Form vide its Final Form No.112 of 2022, dated 30.04.2022 against all the F.I.R. named accused persons including the petitioner, showing lacking of evidence and accordingly the investigation was closed.
