JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2023 By order dated 23.06.2022, petitioner was granted provisional bail for a period of six months with several conditions out of which in condition no. (1) S.H.O. Khagaria (Chitragupta Nagar) was directed to keep close vigil over the conduct of the petitioner and to submit conduct report of the petitioner. In compliance of the above order, a report has been received on 04.02.2023. It appears from the said report that victim is living with her family and they have nothing problematic regarding the behavior of the petitioner.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 23.06.2022 is hereby confirmed.

The application stands allowed.
