JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 06-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302,201/34 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Since the case was instituted in 2009, this court is not inclined to interfere in the matter.

Let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner keeping in view the fact that co accused persons have already been acquitted in case the petitioner surrenders within six weeks from today in connection with Nalanda P.S. Case No. 10 of 2009 pending in the court of learned C.J.M., Nalanda at Biharsharif.
