2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks to file detail representation in light of the law laid down by the Apex Court in the case of Amaresh Kumar Sinha & Ors. Vrs. The State of Bihar & Ors., SLP (C) Nos.

Patna High Court CWJC No.1821 of 2023(2) dt.11-07-2023 2/2 8219-8226 of 2019.

3. The concerned authority must dispose of the representation of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of its filing on the basis of law laid down by the Apex Court as well as the prevailing circular of the State Government.

4. The concerned respondent must ensure payment of entire admissible dues along with statutory interest till the date of payment applicable in the case of the petitioner within the aforesaid period.

5. With the above observation and direction the writ petition stands disposed of.
