The petitioner seeks bail in Kadwa (Balia-Belon) P.S.Case No.20 of 2014 registered under Sections 304 and 120B IPC.

The petitioner is the husband of the deceased Ruby Khatoon. The father of the deceased made allegation that the petitioner and his family members killed his daughter due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry. It is submitted that the deceased died natural death. The doctor could not ascertain the cause of death and the deceased died within three years of her marriage. The doctor found injuries on her nose and eyes. There was contusion over fore-head. Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and accordingly, the same is rejected.

The trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of nine months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order. If the trial is not
