In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No.290 of 2013, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 and 414 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation has been made that two miscreants intercepted the victim and snatched away his bag and tried to flee away, but the public intercepted them and one of miscreants was apprehended, who disclosed the name of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 15.1.2016.
Looking to the nature of allegation, at this stage, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21387 of 2016 (2) dt.19-05-2016 2/2 prayer for bail is rejected. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after completing nine months judicial custody.
