The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sangrampur (Tetia Bamber) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2021, registered for the offencea punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a handicapped person and there is no legal evidence against him. He is in custody since 05.07.2021 and his daughter is also in custody.
