The petitioner seeks bail in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2010, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The informant named 8 persons including the petitioner Ajay Rai and alleged that on the order of the petitioner, Sohan Gope fired which hit on the chest of Raj Kumar Rai, the brother of the informant and he died on the spot. There is no allegation of firing against the petitioner. He is in jail since 09.10.2013. He has already remained in jail for more than one year and ten months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Afjal Alam, Judicial Magistrate 1st
