1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present Cr. Misc. Application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to the opposite party no.2 by the Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No.16344 of 2022.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous, therefore, this case may be disposed of.
