JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. According to the prosecution case itself, the informant was married with Md. Attaullah but later on, co-accused Md. Alamgir established physical relation with her on pretext of marriage. Petitioner happens to be father of co-accused Md. Alamgir and he is languishing in jail custody since 03.05.2015. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanokhar P.S.Case No. 28 of 2015.
