2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 675 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 8(c), 21(c), 29 of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 3080 liters of cough syrup containing codeine has been recovered from a truck and the petitioners are the driver and assistant driver of the truck.

4. Considering the huge quantity of recovery of the cough syrup containing codeine, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

5. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
