JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 14-08-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners are named in the first information report with allegation that they also assaulted the deceased with Khanti and Dabiya but only three injuries were found on the person of the deceased and all the aforesaid three injuries are said to be caused by co-accused. Moreover, petitioners are ladies and they are languishing in jail custody since 29-01-2015 & 01-02-2015 respectively.
Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32030 of 2015 (2) dt.14-08-2015 2/2 amount each in connection with Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.
