2. The petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2016 in connection with alleged offence under Section 414 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 42 of 2016.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been arrested merely on suspicion that he was not aware of the fact that the tractor in question was a stolen property.

4. Considering that the tractor in question has been recovered from three accused persons including the petitioner, this Court is not satisfied to grant the privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
